NLP Engineer

About the Role

Build and optimize multilingual NLP systems for resume parsing, profile enrichment, and job-matching relevance in real hiring flows. You will improve extraction quality across Arabic/French CV formats, optimize ranking pipelines for recruiter workflows, and ship low-latency APIs integrated into product surfaces used daily by candidates and hiring teams. Success in this role requires a practical balance between model quality, speed, explainability, and maintainability.
