By using DzairAI you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using DzairAI ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. DzairAI cannot and will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to comply. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile and to keep it up to date.
You agree not to: post false, misleading, or plagiarised content; harass, threaten, or impersonate others; scrape or crawl the Platform without permission; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; use the Platform for spam or commercial solicitation not permitted by DzairAI; or post content that violates any applicable law.
You retain ownership of content you post to DzairAI (your profile, bio, uploaded datasets). By posting, you grant DzairAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content as part of the Platform. You may delete your content at any time by removing it from your profile or requesting account deletion.
All content provided by DzairAI (curated datasets, news, company and expert listings sourced by us) is provided for informational purposes. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of third-party content and are not liable for any errors or omissions.
Certain features require a paid Premium subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. DzairAI reserves the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
DzairAI may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your public profile will be removed and your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DzairAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Algiers.
